About Kristina

Mother. Wife. Lawyer. Miltonian

I attended my first council meeting at seven years old when council was debating speed limits on our rural road. The presence of the neighborhood's children (me and my siblings) showed councillors the danger a high limit would pose. It made me feel that even as a little girl, I could make a difference.

Now, as a married mom of four with a successful law practice, I've channelled my experience, passion, and insight to be a voice at Town Hall for you and your family since 2018.

Rural Roots

I was born at Milton District Hospital when it was still surrounded by farmer’s fields. I was raised in rural Milton - my first years on a farm on Appleby Line, and my school years in Milton Heights, where my parents still reside. Internet and street lighting were luxuries growing up, but so was the serenity of wide open spaces.  I understand the unique challenges and joys of rural life.

Urban Life

As a young couple, my husband and I could only afford a townhouse in Milton’s new suburban developments, and decided to settle in town to raise our four children, Thomas, Ashby, William, and Andrew. My husband opened a small business on Main Street, Crave Systems, which he has operated for 20 years. I have a thriving law practice in Milton. We love the opportunity and vibrancy that living in urban Milton has brought.
